Alright so this is supposed to scrap a website and tell you what kind of technology it uses.
Hopefully this works. I am still working on the project any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am now useing cURL to get all the headers, and I am ironing out the process of finding languages and things. hopefully it works a little better. I also split all ouput into arrays.
